A lot has happened in the week following the delivery of our house to the Catskills. The entry vestibule has been installed, the septic system and well are underway, and the wood stove has been installed! Monday we go up for the delivery of the garage.

On Halloween in 2023 our manufactured home arrived at our lot in the Catskills. It came on the back of a truck trailer and the following day it was lifted onto the foundations by crane. The house was designed by me (John), and built in the factory by Simplex Homes, while the whole construction project has been run by Catskill Energy Homes. All is running smoothly according to plan!
