I found this web page very informative for tips to keep an EV Car Battery in good shape. Stuff I may find in the manual when I read it completely. Lots to learn!
Highlights:
Do not leave the battery at 100% for any length of time
Do not let it drain down to 0%
Try to keep the battery charge between 30% and 80%
Don't charge it every day
Do not overuse DC Charging (more than once a day)
Level 2 is the best charging - and it is frequently free!
